Returns Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Wrong item received
- Product has a major manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must remain unused and in original packaging
- Clear photos and an unboxing video must be provided for verification
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Used products
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged due to improper use or handling
- Minor handmade variations in texture, polish, engraving, hammer marks, or finishing
- Natural tarnishing or oxidation of brass, copper, or bronze over time
- Orders refused due to customs duties or import taxes
Handmade Product Disclaimer
All products at RoyalStuffs.store are handcrafted in India. Small variations in color, finish, texture, size, engraving, or polishing are natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
Actual product color may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear product photos
- Packaging photos
- Complete unboxing video
Our team will review the claim and provide a suitable resolution, which may include:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Full refund (in approved cases)
Refund Process
Once the claim is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may reflect later
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or handling fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
Return Shipping
In approved return cases:
- Customers may be asked to return the product
- Return shipping instructions will be shared by our support team
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production begins.

- Local clearance charges
Failure to pay customs charges or refusal to accept delivery will not qualify for a refund.
